"Without Tohan's expertise, the Eruption Islands would be scorching"
Tohan is an NPC located on Eruption Island. Players will find Tohan at the top of the track going up the side of the Volcano. Tohan is a part of the Obsidian Cavern questline that players will need to complete in order to gain access to the Special Fishing Area.
Dialogue[]
- When talking to him without any ice: "Aren't I glad to see you again?! You're back just in time!"
- -> "The Machine ran out of ice once again!"
- -> "If you can, please go and bring some more ice from the cargo ship!"
- -> "There's not much time left, head to the cargo ship to get some ice! The Shipmaster down at the docks may be able to help you out!" he will continue to repeat just this line upon further attempts to talk to him.
